Every year, millions of kids around the world are not able to attend schooling. Carlton Comprehensive High School is doing its part by raising money, brick by brick to help build a school in Ecuador. Free the children, a program that believes in a world where all young people are free to achieve their fullest potential created this program because they believe in equality for all.
The life we live today is only imaginable to the less fortunate. We are very lucky in having the opportunity to have access to education; knowledgeable teachers, and a good school.
Together, we can contribute to Ecuador. No matter how small or insignificant donations may seem, every penny, every action and every thought counts.
Carlton is aiming to raise $8500 by May of 2012. Do your part and participate in the fundraisers available.
Currently, every Thursday, the SLC is selling a “brick” for only a loonie! We can make a difference.
